Now that almost everybody is back from holidays etc. and with a new training block starting next week, it is the perfect time to set your goals and make an action plan to achieve them!
Goals or targets help give you a reason to get up in the morning when previously you would have stayed in bed, they push you to new levels of health and performance and are great to review and reflect upon once achieved.
We have a Goals Competition running until January 31 as an extra incentive to get you setup for success in 2026. The winner receives a $100 CASH!
