Group Training TIMETABLE
STR: This 45-minute session is designed to improve bone density, build muscle mass, and enhance balance through functional, targeted movement. We begin with a dynamic warm-up (5–7 minutes) to prepare the body, followed by 30–35 minutes of specific strength/resistance exercises such as squatting, hinging, pressing, and pulling. These movements are carefully selected to support overall strength, joint stability, and daily function. The session concludes with a 5-minute stretch to aid recovery and mobility. With a maximum of 6 participants, you'll receive personalised attention in a supportive and focused environment.
STR + HIIT: This 45-minute session is designed to challenge your strength, power, and endurance. It kicks off with a dynamic warm-up (5–7 minutes) to get your body moving and primed for action. You'll then move into 15–20 minutes of targeted strength training, focusing on key movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pressing, and pulling. Next comes 10–15 minutes of high-intensity training, incorporating a mix of weights, specialised cardio equipment such as the rower, ski erg, sled, bikes, and jump/impact exercises to boost power, elevate heart rate, and build resilience. The session wraps up with a 5-minute stretch to support recovery and flexibility. With a maximum of 8 participants, you'll be motivated and supported throughout in a dynamic small-group environment.
CORE & STRETCH: This 60-minute session is focused on building a strong, functional foundation. It begins with 20–25 minutes of targeted core and abdominal work designed to support your overall strength training, improve posture, enhance stability, and assist with everyday movement patterns and functional tasks. The session then transitions into 35–40 minutes of stretching and mobility work to increase flexibility, reduce tension, and promote recovery. With a maximum capacity of 12 participants, this class offers a balance of core strength and mobility in a supportive group environment.
OPEN GYM: This gives you the opportunity to complete your own session outside of class times. A coach will be present, but not supervising your workout.
