Why get an InBody Assessment?

Without a doubt, the most important thing to do when on a quest for physique and health improvement is to set a benchmark. Test and retest regularly, doing so allows for the very best program to be implemented. If you or your coach don’t have data on your current strengths and weaknesses then they are just ‘guesstimating’ what is going to work best for you. We all have our very own unique physiology, and testing allows you to identify areas requiring attention.

Often we can become obsessed with the number on the scales in identifying our health and physique changes. Jumping on the scales simply tells us the total mass of all our body’s tissues combined.

Rather than tracking body-weight, we should be tracking our body composition to provide the most accurate indication of our health and effectiveness of our training regime.
