We sit down and help you plan out goals and habits in your Habit Strategy Session. The challenge will start with the Inbody Scans on either Saturday, May 30th or Monday June 1. You will also gain access to the Kick Off Seminar that goes for 15-20 min, by watching this you will be provided you with all the info & tools to ensure you have a clear path to remodelling your habits.
+ Step 3: Weekly Check-Ins & Habit Tracking
Once you have started the 30 Day Challenge, we will check in with you each week to keep you accountable to the habits you have set, repetition is the key to success. You will have access to good ol’ fashion habit tracking paper sheet or if you like things to be in the palm of your hand then you can use a habit tracking app. You will also be sent weekly education videos to give practical strategies around nutrition, fat loss, recovery, mindset and sustainable behaviour change.
+ Step 5: Finish The Challenge & Keep Going
Before you know it will be the end of the 30 days and you will have remodelled your habits. You will have the correct tools and practices to get through. Think of it as going into auto pilot mode. There will also be an opportunity to redo your Inbody Scan to check in on your progress.
